The state repression against radical left wing, anarchist and other
social movements is getting harder and harder, but nearly none seems to be interested in what happens, when we cross the line of laws and get arrested, sometimes for years, even though the danger of getting imprisoned is getting bigger then it ever was.
From the 26th to the 28th of September is going to be an anti-prison-weekend in the german city of Kiel, where we invite every autonomous, anarchist or radical-left wing group or activist who deals with anti-prison activities or is interested in it to discuss, inform and take action against the state and its prisons. It would be great if those people who are involved in anti-prison or anti-repressionn groups like the ABC or solidarity-groups could prepare lectures about the topic of the weekend, examples could be reports about special prison-systems of the country you live in or about the kinds of repression you are confronted with.
The preperations for the weekend become more concrete. Now there are flyer and poster for mobilisization available, write an email to: mail@abc-berlin.net if you want some, but they are also avaiable for print and distribute at contact + stuff. Also there are banners for webpages.
In column timetable there is an overview of the expiration, further information to the planned talks among other things follows.
Sleeping places will be organized in the surroundings of the Alte Meierei, food will be also available.
Please bear in mind to write us in the case that you are interested in coming, in order for us to facilitate the organization of sleeping places and food. There will not be an “admission fee” or similar for joining the weekend. Still, we would be pleased if you could be able to make a donation for food – upon your own capacities of course – any surplus will be going into anti-prison work and prisoners support.

Staatliche Repression gegen AktivistInnen aus linksradikalen, anarchistischen sowie anderen revolutionären bzw. sozialen Bewegungen nimmt stetig zu. Dem Thema Knast wird trotzdem zu wenig Aufmerksamkeit gegeben. Obwohl wir in Zeiten von weltweiten Anti-Terror-Gesetzen, innerer Sicherheits- Stimmung, Datenspeicherung und Ermittlungsmethoden wie Paragraf 129 a/b immer öfter mit der letzten Stufe der Repression, Knast konfrontiert werden.
Vom 26.-28. September wird in der Alten Meierei in Kiel ein Anti-Knast Wochenende unter dem Motto „No Prison!-No State!“ stattfinden, bei dem neben aktiven Anti-Knast-Zusammenhängen auch alle anderen interessierten bzw. aktiven Zusammenhänge und Einzelpersonen aus der autonomen anarchistischen und linksradikalen Bewegung aufgefordert sind sich über das Thema zu informieren und sich damit auseinander zusetzen. Neben Informationen von Antiknast Gruppen aus ganz Europa wird es Aktionen und eine große Soli-Party geben.
Die Vorbereitungen für das Wochenende werden konkreter. Mobilisierungsflyer und -poster sind jetzt verfügbar und unter mail@abc-berlin.net zu bestellen, natürlich könnt ihr diese auch selber ausdrucken und verteilen - zu finden unter kontakt + material. Außerdem dort zu finden sind Webbanner zum Verlinken auf euren Webpages.
Unter der Rubrik zeitplan gibt es eine Übersicht über den Ablauf, weitere Infos u.a. zu den geplanten Vorträgen folgen.
Schlafplätze werden in näherer Umgebung zur Alten Meierei vorhanden sein. Für Verpflegung wird auch gesorgt sein.
Bitte meldet euch vorher bei uns, wenn ihr kommen wollt, damit wir die Schlafplätze und Verpflegung organisieren können. Es wird keine „Teilnahmegebühr“ oder sonstiges für das Wochenende geben, aber wir bitten euch für die Verpflegung u.ä. zu spenden - soweit es eure Möglichkeiten zu lassen - Überschüsse fließen in die Unterstützung von Inhaftierten.
